The memorial is a large bronze plaque. The memorial was originally erected in the York Y.M.C.A. headquarters, within the Rechabites Friendly Society Building in York. The memorial was moved to Leeds, then to All Saints, Pavement and finally to its current location, the York Castle Museum.

Currently I have no photograph of the memorial.

The information about the memorial was taken from the United Kingdom National Inventory of War Memorials. I am grateful to Keith Matthews at the museum for allowing me to see the memorial.
